The main motive of the scholarship is to promote the exchange of experience and networking among colleagues in the same field.  In this scholarship, the candidate can complete a Master's/postgraduate degree leading to a final qualification at a state or state-recognised German universtiy. Friedrich Ebert Scholarship Scholarship description Applicants from Africe, Asia, Latin America and Eastern Europe can apply to this scholarship. The students need to demonstrate excellent school or academic record in any subject area. The students should wish to study in Germany and are committed to the social values and democracy.  The scholarships will be awarded to highly-performing students and indvidual support by an on-site liaison lecturer is another benefit of the scholarship.
