WARNING: German Universities prohibits the use of "UniNow" app

UniNow is one of the fast growing startup, which provides an Mobile application for the University students. The UniNow app allows the students to access the Class schedules, Cafeteria menus and Examination results in their Smartphone. This is perceived to be convenient to the students, but most of the Universities think the other way around. They fear that, the data of the students may be compromised and can be manipulated.  The main issue arises because of the Examination results and data related to the studies and course; because when the student gives permission for the UniNow app to get access, the data is stored in the UniNow servers and at the risk of manipulating the data, which is against the University rules. Apart from this, most of the Universities have their own "portal" to publish the results and when the student enters the University Credentials in this app, the user data along with the password is stored in the UniNow server.  Most of the Univers...
