My visa experience in Chennai consulate: My  Visa appointment date was on Sept 1st,  the visa charges were revised as Rs.5600 and mentioned in the German consulate website, but unfortunately they said that there was some mistake in the site  and we were informed that the actual charges are around Rs.5700 and told to change the DD. In the recent past, I have got a lot of messages from aspirants who have got admission in Masters in Embedded Systems at TU Chemnitz. There are many websites which provide the information about how to open a Blocked account and how to deposit money, but this article will dig deeper into the aspects and doubts that everyone will have regarding the Blocked account. What is a blocked accout(Sperrkonto)? All foreign students from non-EU countries are required to meet their own living costs when studying in Germany.
