Yes, there aren't any rankings for Universities in Germany but still, there are universities like TU Munich, RWTH Aachen, Uni Stuttgart, etc., which have extremely high selection criteria and might get thousands of applications more than a regular FH University. Therefore, the first step will be to evaluate your profile and then apply. There is no harm in applying to these universities, but do not apply "only" to these universities.

When you visit the website of the university/course, it might look 'alien' to you and you might not even understand half of it. Or you might miss out some key details and due to your negligence, you might get a rejection. It is always advisable to check your application twice or thrice before you send.
- Translation / Mis-interpretation:
When you apply online, some of the universities will have their application portal in German and there are chances that Google Translate doesn't translate it properly. Also, sometimes the English version of the portal might mean a different thing and you might interpret it in a different way. Hence, please make sure you have understood the application properly. These kind of silly mistakes will not be tolerated with the Germans and they are strict with their rules and regulations.

Pursuing Masters isn't easy and the admission committee knows that, so if you are applying for a particular course then make sure that your profile matches that course or make your Motivation strong enough and convince them to give you an admit. There is no way that the admission committee is going to grant you admission just because you had applied.

DeleteDo they reject students who scored less than 60% in 12th grade? I have a record of scoring 85%+ till 10th but my grades went down in 12th , does that make it difficult for me to get into a good university in Germany?
