When you start applying for higher education, you will be very confused at first as on where to start, what to do and how to proceed. If you are considering about Germany, then DAAD is the best site to start your quest for higher education.

Another state in Germany is also planning to introduce fees in the coming years. There has been a latest article about it in the "Spiegel" Newspaper and here is a translated version of it. With a new fee for foreign students, North Rhine-Westphalia wants to improve its education budget.
