Since I am from TU Chemnitz, many of the new students had asked me to write an article regarding the transportation options and guidance from Frankfurt airport to Chemnitz. I completely understand your situation, because even I was one among you when I came to Chemnitz for the first time. Frankfurt Airport: There is a railway station inside Frankfurt airport itself, from there you can catch your Train. It would be put up in the notice boards or you can ask some of the airport personell to guide you. Also, there will be trolleys available in the airport, which you can get for 1 or 2 Euros. If you do not have coins with you, you can easily buy something to eat(McDonalds is available in the airport) and then use the coins to get the trolley. My visa experience in Chennai consulate: My  Visa appointment date was on Sept 1st,  the visa charges were revised as Rs.5600 and mentioned in the German consulate website, but unfortunately they said that there was some mistake in the site  and we were informed that the actual charges are around Rs.5700 and told to change the DD. My visa appointment: 1st Sept, 2017 – 9:00 AM (Chennai consulate) We were allowed inside the room at 8:30 AM and the person at the front desk gave a sheet and told to arrange our documents according to that.
